If your site breaks as a result of an update we will take your last backup and immediately roll back your site. Backups are taken before any updates are performed.
The majority of issues are fixed as part of your plan but user caused issues or major issues with your site may not be covered by this plan. In this case any costs would be approved before the work is completed.
You can cancel your plan at anytime. However, there are no partial month refunds. Just Email Us to cancel your plan.
